When will my order reach me?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. We dispatch products within 2-3 working days, however, during busy periods this may take slightly longer. Shipping takes 2-3 days following dispatch.
How much is delivery within the UK?
Delivery is via myHermes
Flat-rate £3 for all UK standard deliveries
Do you deliver overseas?
We're really sorry but we don't currently offer overseas shipping. However, we hope to offer this service in the near future.
Can I return an item?
We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we accept returns within 14 days provided the candle has been unused and is in good condition in the original packaging. In these circumstances we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost) provided the item has not been used within 30 days of receipt of the package in question.

How do I get a refund/exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns form, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. We will then ask you to print and complete the returns form and enclose it within your well-packaged item to the address on the returns form. Please note that returns made without a returns form will not be refunded.

How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a 14-day returns policy for unused items in good condition.
What postage method should I use?
If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged/faulty then unfortunately you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to get proof of postage.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your candle has arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.
What if my item is faulty?
Every order is carefully checked and packed but if you do receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please email email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can rectify this.
